Simply Rooms & Suites has initiated various strategies with an aim to reduce the impact on the growing environmental issues. The hotel has invested in new and innovative environmental friendly products as well as water and energy saving technologies such as:~

• Energy saving LED lighting - which are compact bulbs and last longer, saving up to 30% to 50% less energy than normal bulbs
• Public toilets have sensor lights, saving electricity when not in use and conventional hand dryer which are 80% more energy efficient
• “Light Off” policy has been introduced, which automatically switches off the lights when the room is left unoccupied
• The stationary used are environmental friendly and ecological; as they are produced by using less natural resources and contributing towards reforestation
• The hotel has made use of basic technology of emails, thus reducing the usage of paper
• It is working with the laundry suppliers in order to reduce the wastage of energy and water
• Hotel has also involved guest, informing them to reuse the bath linen for next day to save energy and water consumption in the process of washing linen

Simply Rooms & Suites is a small Boutique London hotel near Olympia Exhibition Centre with a big concept. We are a luxury limited services hotel meaning we are able to offer our guests a 4* luxury experience at an affordable price. 

You may wonder how Simply Rooms & Suites is able to offer a luxury experience from only £99 per night. By eliminating the traditional hotel facilities such as a restaurant, bar, gym and spa, we are able to keep our room rates low without compromising on high spec room luxury. Instead, our unique location, just off stylish and chic High Street Kensington hosts numerous restaurants, cafes, bars,boutiques and gyms. In addition, Simply Rooms & Suites offer either a mini-kitchen or a fully fledged kitchen in the majority of its guest bedrooms encouraging guests to bring in food and beverages from the many local groceries or take-aways.

The majority of hotel guests are after a comfortable and clean room, and rarely use further hotel facilties. We fully understand what a hotel guest is after. Therefore, all our contemporary designed bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding, air conditioning, free broadband internet, wifi, flat screen TVs, ipod dock, UK & EU power plugs.
